First of all, I apologize for the blurry picture, and yes I realize caffeine is spelt wrong. Whoops! So this page is probably one of my most important ones, as a caffeine addict. I added this after my doctor told me I needed to cut back and stop drinking coffee after 3. The numbers are obviously the date. Next to the date, I draw in how many cups of coffee I’ve had during the day. The bottom list of dates is where I right the time of each cup. Don’t be fooled: this is after my wake up call. Limiting myself to one or two cups a day has not been easy!
